I am a Global Supply Chain & AI Leader currently based in Germany, originally from Poland. My professional drive is rooted in balancing systematic order with relentless problem-solving—delivering practical, scalable operational execution without the empty corporate jargon.
Currently serving as Corporate Supply Chain Planning Director for over 10 business units, I lead global operations strategy, AI adoption, and talent development. Previously, I established integrated supply chain models across EMEA, developed enterprise data foundations, and scaled major procurement hubs.
As an ENTJ (Visionary Commander), my focus is always on the bottom line. No fluff. If an AI pilot cannot scale and directly solve an operational bottleneck, it stays in the lab.
